ABOUT JAYNE .

Jayne Johnson is a master of crochet, skilled designer and a certified, experienced and patient teacher who has been crocheting for over 25 years. She is also a very accomplished hand knitter who enjoys sharing the tricks of the trade through her inspirational teaching style and easily learned methods. In 2001 she expanded into machine knitting and is the chair of the Thousand Oaks Machine Knitters Club. Soon she will be teaching in the Somerset area of RENO!
In addition to private instruction, her yarn arts teaching experience includes students of all ages ranging from young children through active seniors. She has developed a unique curriculum that was specially designed for homeschool students and is now enjoyed by all her students. She has also taught at schools, churches, activity centers, and was the Yarn Arts Instructor for the community's crafting superstore for 6 years.
As a former preschool teacher, homeschool instructor, private tutor, swim coach, and corporate trainer, she loves to teach. She especially enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for creating with yarn by offering personalized instruction in both the traditional art and contemporary expressions of Knit and Crochet.
